Life is good
I have so many pictures and stories to share from the last few weeks. I hope to get to that soon. I spent a week in Slab City, worked and enjoyed the Los Angeles area, found more bad motorcycle mechanics and this week spending some time with a couple I met while working at Amazon in Yuma Arizona. Life is good these days. I feel like I have finally found my way in life... Or at least found the way that works for me in this stage of my life. I am at peace even though not so nice memories creep in on occasion. I am finally at a place where I can see those not so nice memories as just that.. They won't destroy me, they are not all of me and those parts of my life have helped strengthen me to be who I am today. I am at peace and I am happy. Life is good!

I have been in California for almost 2 weeks now. I have had a great time meeting new people and just hanging out with an ocean view. I have had lots of seafood as there is a seafood cafe in walking distance to the RV park. Great reason not to cook. I will be in the Los Angeles area for another week then who knows where. I think I am going to focus on City and County parks. I'm not the biggest fan of privately owned RV parks. The prices are too high and I need next to nothing. So I figure I will stay a week or 2 in one place and then move on to the next. I will probably stay in the southern California area for the next month or two because it is warm here and it doesn't look like the rest of the US is going to warm up anytime soon. Here are a few pictures from my time here in the LA area.
Sunset from the RV park
Mountain side of the campsite
Ocean view from the campsite
Took a little walk on the beach which is in walking distance. Right across the Pacific Coast Highway.
Oh, and most important, today I finally got the glow in the dark googly eyes on TicTac.
Life is good.
